Transition Portfolio
The Transition Portfolio is a collection of thirty-six activities designed to assist pre-college students as well as potential students in mapping their educational goals and in navigating their personal pathway to college success. These activities can be completed independently or under instructor guidance.
The complete Transition Portfolio and activities can be downloaded here in PDF format. It is recommended that the student organize the contents in a 3 ring binder with 8 index-tab dividers.
